Titania is Mab's twin sister, but they have not spoken since of the Battle of Hastings. The sisters are relatively equal in power for the most part, with the court who has control of the Stone Table at the time having a seasonal advantage.(reference needed)
She is the Lady of Light and Life, the Queen of the Evergreen, the Lady of Flowers.
Her beauty is of tremendous scope, depth and power. In battle, she wore a gown of silvery mail covering her light skin. Over that she donned a silken robe made of shifting strobe-like colors of sunlight-yellow and pine-green. Her silver-white hair was braided into a tail that was coiled at her neck. Her crown looked like a twisted vine of living leaves still living. She carried neither weapon nor shield but clearly needed none.
It is her duty to keep Mab's power in check, and vice versa. She does not have Mab's numerical superiority of forces but she can still destroy her, and Mab knows it. In turn, it's Mab's job to protect the border from Outsiders—to protect reality.

Harry learns from Maeve that Titania had not retaliated because Mab's forces are on her borders and she dared not leave her Court undefended.

In Cold Days, Harry Dresden summons Titania in Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary, near the "Magic Hedge", to ask her if Mab is still sane in an attempt to find out if she has been taken by the contagion. Titania asks him a few questions in return about his beliefs. Then she frighteningly unleashes her power and rage at him for killing her daughter Aurora and refuses to help him. Dresden pleads with Titania, trying to convince her that even her Court would be threatened should the beings under Demonreach be released and that he is trying to stop this scenario from playing out. Placated for the moment, she agrees to give him one piece of information, because he believes in freedom. Titania whispered in his ear that the name of the power he fears is "Nemesis" and to speak it carefully or it may hear him.
Standing by the Outer Gates, Mother Summer tells Dresden that Titania is strong enough to counter Mab and could "drag Mab personally into oblivion with her" even though she has fewer actual forces at her disposal.
Titania: "Far thee well, wizard. You say that people should be free. I agree. I will not shackle you with my wisdom. Make your choices. Choose what the world is to be. I care not. There is little light left in it for me. Thanks to you."
