Etienne the Enchanter was human wizard. He is first mentioned in Fool Moon. 

Biography Edit

Etienne lived in France in the Middle Ages. He was the wizard who bound an air spirit to a human skull, who would later be known as "Bob". (book & chapter ref?)

Etienne was burned at the stake.^[1]

The term Loup-garou was the name used by Etienne the Enchanter for this type of Lupine Theriomorph.^[1]
